With over a decade of experience as a qualified Social Worker, Cassandra is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a Medicare provider, and a highly skilled integrative therapist who tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Her career has spanned both Australia and the United Kingdom, across a wide range of clinical settings including mental health services, hospital social work, and community-based programs. She has worked extensively with victim-survivors of family and domestic violence, adolescents transitioning out of the foster care system, and people experiencing complex trauma, eating disorders, and acute mental health difficulties.

She helps clients navigate performance under stress, team dynamics, and the complexities of leadership and people management in high-pressure environments.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy is not about "fixing" people—but about celebrating them as they are, while helping them to understand and overcome the internal barriers that may be holding them back.
Cassandra also provides individual and group clinical supervision, and is widely regarded for creating safe, reflective spaces that promote professional growth and emotional sustainability for fellow clinicians.
